Wheat Price Increased Steadily in Liangyungang Region of Jiangsu Province

　　Recently, wheat trade was activity and price increased steadily in Liangyungang region of Jiangsu province.

　　Red Wheat: the procurement price for grade 1 red wheat in purchase and sale enterprises of the region was 1100-1110 RMB per ton, up 15-25 RMB per ton,or 2.3% from 1075-1085 RMB per ton at the end of April; the ex-warehouse price for grade 1 red wheat was 1130-1140 RMB per ton, up 30-40 RMB per ton, or 3.6% from 1100-1110 RMB per ton at the end of April. The procurement price for grade 2 red wheat was 1070-1080 RMB per ton, up 15-25 RMB per ton ,or 2.3% from 1055-1065 RMB per ton at the end of April; the ex-warehouse price for grade 2 red wheat was 1100-1110 RMB per ton, up 30-40 RMB per ton, or 3.7% from 1060-1070 RMB per ton at the end of April.
　
　　White wheat: the procurement price for grade 1 white wheat in enterprises of the region was currently at 1070-1080 RMB per ton, up 30-40 RMB per ton ,or 3.8% from 1040-1050 RMB per ton at the end of April; the ex-warehouse price for grade 1 white wheat was 1090-1100 RMB per ton, up 35-45 RMB per ton, or 4.2% from 1055-1065 RMB per ton at the end of April. The procurement price for grade 2 white wheat in enterprises was 1040-1050 RMB per ton, up 20-40 RMB per ton ,or 3.9% from 1020-1030 RMB per ton at the end of April; the ex-warehouse price for grade 2 white wheat was 1060-1070 RMB per ton, up 20-30 RMB per ton, or 2.8% from 1040-1050 RMB per ton at the end of April.

　　These brought the price for old wheat increased. Average ex-warehouse price for grade 1 red wheat produced in 2001 was 1110-1120 RMB per ton, up 10-20 RMB per ton from 1090-1100 RMB per ton at the end of April; average ex-warehouse price for grade 2 red wheat was 1080-1090 RMB per ton, up 20-30 RMB per ton from 1060-1070 RMB per ton at the end of April. Average ex-warehouse price for grade 1 white wheat was 1080-1090 RMB per ton, up 10-20 RMB per ton from 1060-1070 RMB per ton at the end of April; average ex-warehouse price for grade 2 white wheat was 1040-1050 RMB per ton, up 20-30 RMB per ton from 1010-1020 RMB per ton at the end of April.
